Massage, skinand everything after.
Every service begins by listening. Explore the menu at your own pace, and when something feels right, reserve the time that suits you.
Where no price is shown, the booking page has the current price and every add-on. Prices and specials can change.
Classes
Move, float, be still.
Some days the body wants hands. Other days it wants to move, or simply to stop. Our classes give you all three ways in, and each one pairs naturally with time in the sauna or a treatment afterward. Every class runs one hour and is $50.
Aerial Hammock
Picture yourself cradled in soft silk, feet off the floor, spine lengthening with every breath. The hammock supports you, so you can stretch further and let go more fully than you would on a mat.
Yoga
Guided classes that link breath to movement. Arrive carrying the day, and notice how, pose by pose, you begin to set it down.
Meditation
A quiet room, a comfortable seat and a guide. You do not need to know how. Simply close your eyes and follow, and allow the stillness to do the rest.
New to movement or managing an injury or health condition? Tell your instructor before class so they can adapt it for you.
New at Urban Resort
Shiftwave. Feel the shift.
Imagine lying back, the room going dark behind a soft mask, and a slow wave of pressure moving through your whole body in time with your breath. You do not have to do anything. A calm voice guides you, the waves do the work, and within minutes you may notice your shoulders lower and your thoughts grow quiet.
- How it works. Pulsed pressure waves, guided breathwork audio, a supported recline and a blackout mask, working together.
- Choose your direction. Guided programs for recovery, focus, relaxation or deeper breathwork. Your host will help you pick.
- Nothing to master. Start the session and follow along. Guests often describe feeling lighter, clearer and more settled afterward.
- Pair it. Enjoy it on its own, or before a massage so your body arrives already at ease.
Shiftwave is designed for general wellbeing and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Experiences vary. Tell us about any health conditions before your session.
Massage styles
Not sure which massage to book?
Every 60 minute massage is the same price for Swedish, Custom, Thai or Sports. Deep Tissue is priced separately.
Swedish
Long, flowing strokes at light to medium pressure. Choose it when you simply want to let go, or when this is your first massage.
Custom
Tell your therapist where you hold your day, and they will blend techniques to meet each area as it needs.
Thai
Stretching and pressure along the lines of the body, with more movement than a typical table massage. Expect to stand up feeling longer and lighter.
Sports
Targeted work for people who train: specific muscle groups, range of motion and recovery.
Deep Tissue
Slow, firm pressure that reaches the deeper layers, where knots and long-held tension live. You set the pressure: simply say the word.
Add heat
Let a hot towel or hot stone melt into any massage. Both are included in Massage memberships.
How time works
What a 60 minute session includes.
- Five minutes of consultation and dressing before, and five after, so a one-hour session has 50 minutes of hands-on time.
- Arrive 15 minutes early. If you are late, the session still ends at its scheduled time.
- You may end a session at any time by telling your therapist or esthetician.
- Tell us before your service about pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart conditions, infections or open cuts.
